Services
Aquarium maintenance
(starting at $110 dependent on tank size)

service to include:

Water test (we test for pH, Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates, Phosphorous, Calcium, Alkalinity, Temperature and Salinity)

Water change using RODI water* (standard 20-25%, up to 50% in special circumstances)

Algae scrub (from your tanks glass and plastic surfaces)
-
Filtration renewal (Includes replacing filter pads/socks/cartridges, exchanging media such as carbon and phosguard & adding specialized media as needed)

Sand/gravel/substrate vacuuming
-
Cleaning/inspection of aquarium equipment (to include sumps, power heads, canister filters, protein skimmers, air pumps, filters, ATO units, aquariums & stands, etc.)

Exterior tank wipe down at end of the visit
-
Up to 10 gallons of top off water

Cyanobacteria treatment included as needed
-
ICP testing is available and offered every 3-6 months or more if necessary, depending on the needs of the aquarium (as available)

*We will bring all required filtered water for the water change and will dispose of all dirty water appropriately.

Aquarium installations and moves

We will gladly assist in the setup of new tanks. Whether you are just getting started, upgrading/downgrading or moving your tank to a new home, we can take care of getting you started and settled into the hobby. Due to the amount of time and care this service requires, please give us as much advanced notice as possible in requesting this service. Pricing for this service varies by tank size and complexity.
